Billing
Packages are billed upfront and are non-refundable. In cases where a divided payment plan is agreed upon, full payment is expected on the agreed upon date. Individual services that are available to add to a package are billed upfront.
Classroom or other school setting observations, and Additional one-hour virtual consultation sessions may be cancelled 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
